Life at LCI
Learning that goes beyond the classroom.
Education should prepare people to do more than pass examinations. It should equip them with practical abilities, develop their leadership potential, and help them recognise opportunities to create a better future.
Practical skills development
Students build practical knowledge through training in their chosen fields—from phone and computer repairs to networking and cybersecurity—with emphasis on how skills apply in real-world situations.
Leadership development
Technical knowledge matters, but so do discipline, responsibility, and leadership. Training informed by John Maxwell’s principles encourages students to develop their potential and take responsibility for their growth.
Community and collaboration
Students are encouraged to share ideas, learn together, ask questions, and celebrate progress in an environment where everyone has an opportunity to contribute and grow.
Our culture
Five values that shape the LCI experience.
Our values are more than words. They guide how we learn, work together, approach challenges, and contribute to the community.
Excellence
We strive to do our best, pay attention to detail, and continually improve.
Integrity
We value honesty, accountability, and doing what is right.
Innovation
We encourage curiosity and fresh ideas to solve real-world problems.
Empowerment
We equip people with skills and confidence to take initiative.
Service
We use our abilities to support others and contribute positively.
